Food costs more in Switzerland than in any EU country (Eurostat, 2025). Promotions change every week and in every store, insurance is a maze, and finding affordable housing feels impossible.
Every week, Swiss residents overspend without realizing it, simply because comparing prices, planning meals, and tracking deals across Coop, Migros, Lidl, Aldi, Denner, Aligro, Volg and Otto's takes more time than anyone has.
Groceries were the start. Career, taxes, housing, insurance and budget now live in the same app, built on the same idea: real Swiss numbers, no guesswork.

Set it up once. Every weekly plan starts from that week’s real promotions.
How many people, which days you cook and where you shop. Your diet, what’s already in your pantry and your budget as a guide count too.
Our algorithm matches real recipes with this week’s promotions and doesn’t repeat recipes you had recently. Don’t like a meal? Swap just that one.
Your shopping list writes itself, grouped by store. Switch brands, add what’s missing, drop what you already have.
Career, Taxes, Housing and Insurance work on the same principle: your details, official Swiss data, a clear result.

Four levers, one plan. Move the slider below to see what the median saving means for your shopping.
Your plan is built around the week’s promotions. Median saving: 12.6% compared with the same shopping without promotions (118 Eini meal plans, September 2026).
Eini works out the cheapest shop across all eight chains, or only in your stores. For the same basket, Coop, Migros and Lidl are only 4.6% apart: the deals of the week make the difference (price comparison).
You buy only what the plan needs, and what you already have drops off the list. A Swiss household spends CHF 629 a month on food on average (BFS, 2022).
Leftovers from dinner become the next day’s lunch. Each person in Switzerland throws away around 90 kg of edible food a year (BAFU, 2019).
Here is where our numbers come from, how fresh they are and what happens to your data.
The figures on this page come from the BFS, Eurostat, ETH Zurich (a study for BAFU) and Eini’s own price data (regular prices from the chains’ online range). In the app, Eini uses official BAG premiums from Priminfo, ESTV tax data and the BFS wage structure survey (LSE).
Eini picks up promotions week by week, as each retailer publishes them. It is not real time: the shelf price is what counts.
Taxes, rents and the savings calculator are estimates. Promotion prices and the official Priminfo premiums are real data.
Eini is made in Switzerland, and your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. No ads, no data sales, and this website uses no cookies or analytics.
Eini is not affiliated with any retailer or insurer. Eini sells no insurance, brokers no contracts and receives no commissions from insurers.
Eini compares Coop, Migros, Lidl, Aldi, Denner, Aligro, Volg and Otto's. You choose: the cheapest basket across stores, only your stores, or just one.
